Korn/Ferry Appoints Charles Yong as Country Manager to Lead Strategic Expansion

Mr. Yong is a member of the Firm's Global Industrial Market and has over a decade of executive search experience, specializing in senior-level assignments in the basic materials and resources sector, as well as in Supply Chain Management.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Yong was a management consultant with Accenture's strategic services practice in London. There he managed European-wide engagements, advising major corporations on strategy formulation, corporate restructuring and organizational development. His earlier experience also includes working for Royal/Dutch Shell in exploration and production, based in Malaysia, and in the downstream businesses in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Korea.

Mr. Yong holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as a bachelor degree in management information systems and a bachelor in accountancy from the Honors College of the University of Houston, Texas.
