So Mandela tells me one thing regarding leadership — Personality is the foundation and personal power is the key . Great personality generates great personal power, great personal power leads to great leader, a great leader leads naturally. If we decide to lead people and expect them to follow, we’d better polish and prepare ourselves firstly, to build up personal power.
