青海省发布了关于调整职工工伤保险有关待遇的通知，连续13年提高工伤保险待遇标准。

自2024年1月1日起，提高伤残津贴、生活护理费及供养亲属抚恤金标准。

调整标准如下：

Qinghai Province has issued a notice on adjusting the employee work-related injury insurance, enhancing the work-related injury insurance benefits for 13 consecutive years. From 1 January 2024, the standards for disability allowances, living care expenses, and dependents' pensions will be increased. The adjustment standards are as follows:

（一）伤残津贴调整标准 Disability Allowance Adjustment Standards

一级伤残每月增加258元 Disability Grade 1 increased by RMB258 per month

二级伤残每月增加241元 Disability Grade 2 increased by RMB241 per month

三级伤残每月增加229元 Disability Grade 3 increased by RMB229 per month

四级伤残每月增加221元 Disability Grade 4 increased by RMB221 per month

五级至六级工伤职工伤残津贴调整参照四级工伤职工伤残津贴调整标准执行。

The adjustment of disability allowances for workers with grade 5 to 6 work-related injuries shall be carried out in accordance with the adjustment standards for disability allowances for workers with grade 4 work-related injuries.

（二）生活护理费 Living Care Allowances

生活完全不能自理：4015元

Person who is unable to independently care for oneself will receive RMB4015 per month

生活大部分不能自理：3212元

Person who has limited ability to take care of oneself will receive RMB3212 per month

生活部分不能自理：2409元

Person who is partially unable to take care of oneself will receive RMB2409 per month

工亡职工供养亲属抚恤金在已领取标准基础上每人每月增加108元。调整后实际领取低于1445元的，调整至每人每月1445元。

The pension for dependents of workers who passed away due to work-related incidents will be increased by RMB108 per person per month, based on the current standard. If the adjusted amount remains below RMB1,445, it will be raised to RMB1,445 per person per month.
