贵州省发布了关于调整职工工伤保险有关待遇的通知，从2024年1月1日起执行。

此次调整对象为2023年12月31日前已按规定享受相关待遇的工伤职工或供养亲属。

调整标准如下：

Guizhou Province has issued a notice on adjusting the employee work-related injury insurance, effective 1 January 2024. The adjustment applies to employees who had suffered work-related injuries or dependent relatives who have enjoyed relevant benefits before 31 December 2023. The adjustment standards are as follows:

（一）伤残津贴调整标准 Disability Allowance Adjustment Standards

一级伤残每月增加350元 Disability Grade 1 increased by RMB350 per month

二级伤残每月增加330元 Disability Grade 2 increased by RMB330 per month

三级伤残每月增加310元 Disability Grade 3 increased by RMB310 per month

四级伤残每月增加290元 Disability Grade 4 increased by RMB290 per month

五级伤残每月增加270元Disability Grade 5 increased by RMB270 per month

六级伤残每人增加250元Disability Grade 6 increased by RMB250 per month

（二）供养亲属抚恤金 Death Grant

配偶每人每月增加130元

The spouse will receive an additional RMB 130 per month.

其他亲属每人每月增加110元

Other relatives will receive an additional RMB110 per month.

孤寡老人或孤儿每人每月在上述基础上增加20元

Elderly widows or orphans will receive an additional RMB20 per month, on top of the increase mentioned above.
