江西省发布了关于2024年调整因工致残人员伤残津贴等定期待遇的通知，从2024年1月1日起执行。

此次调整对象为2023年12月31日前已按规定享受伤残津贴、生活护理费的工伤人员，以及已享有供养亲属抚恤金的供养亲属。

调整标准如下：

Jiangxi Province has issued a notice on adjusting the disability allowance and other benefits for employees who had suffered work-related disabilities, effective 1 January 2024. This adjustment applies to employees who had suffered work-related disabilities and has been receiving disability allowances and living care expenses before 31 December 2023, as well as dependent relatives who have enjoyed death grants. The adjustment standards are as follows:

（一）伤残津贴调整标准 Disability Allowance Adjustment Standards

一级伤残每月增加124元 Disability Grade 1 increased by RMB124 per month

二级伤残每月增加117元 Disability Grade 2 increased by RMB117 per month

三级伤残每月增加110元 Disability Grade 3 increased by RMB110 per month

四级伤残每月增加103元 Disability Grade 4 increased by RMB103 per month

五级伤残每月增加96元Disability Grade 5 increased by RMB96 per month

六级伤残每人增加83元Disability Grade 6 increased by RMB83 per month
调整后，调整后，一级伤残津贴低于3455元、二级低于3263元、三级低于3071元、四级低于2879元的，将上调并按标准发放。

五级和六级伤残职工的伤残津贴将由用人单位按月发放，五级低于2687元、六级低于2303元的，分别按2687元和2303元发放。

After the adjustment, the grade 1 disability allowance below RMB3,455, grade 2 below RMB3,263, grade 3 below RMB3,071, and grade 4 below RMB2,879 will be increased to the standard amounts.

Disability allowances for employees with grade 5 and grade 6 disabilities will be paid monthly by the employer. If the grade 5 allowance is below RMB2,687 and grade 6 below RMB2,303, they will be adjusted to RMB2,687 and RMB2,303, respectively.

（二）生活护理费 Living Care Allowances

生活完全不能自理：3948元

Person who is unable to independently care for oneself will receive RMB3948 per month.

生活大部分不能自理：3158元

Person who has limited ability to take care of oneself will receive RMB3158 per month.

生活部分不能自理：2369元

Person who is partially unable to take care of oneself will receive RMB2369 per month.

（三）供养亲属抚恤金 Death Grant

配偶每人每月增加55元

The spouse will receive an additional RMB 55 per month.

其他亲属每人每月增加41元

Other relatives will receive an additional RMB 41 per month.

孤寡老人或孤儿每人每月在41元的基础上增加14元

Elderly widows or orphans will receive an additional RMB14 per month, on top of the RMB41.

如工亡职工有多个供养亲属，其增加的抚恤金总额不得超过137.5元/月。调整后，供养亲属的抚恤金标准为：配偶低于1536元的，按1536元发放；其他亲属低于1152元的，按1152元发放；孤寡老人或孤儿低于1536元的，按1536元发放。

If the deceased worker has multiple dependent relatives, the total additional pension will not exceed RMB 137.5 per month. After the adjustment, the spouse's pension below RMB1,536, the other relatives' pension below RMB1,152, and the elderly widows or orphans' grant below RMB 1,536, will be increased to the standard amounts.

（四）退休人员 Retirees

因工伤提前退休人员2024年养老金调整后低于2879元的，补足至2879元（含历年工伤保险基金补差金额）。

For individuals who retire early due to work-related injuries, if their adjusted pension falls below RMB 2,879 in 2024, it will be supplemented to RMB2,879. This includes any difference covered by the work-related injury insurance fund from previous years.
