宁夏回族自治区发布了关于调整职工工伤保险有关待遇的通知。

此次调整对象为2023年12月31日前按规定享受伤残津贴待遇的工伤人员（不包括领取基本养老金的退休人员），以及享受供养亲属抚恤金待遇的供养亲属。

调整标准如下：

The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has issued a notice regarding adjustments to work-related injury insurance. This adjustment applies to employees who were receiving disability allowance benefits before 31 December 2023 (excluding retired individuals receiving pensions), as well as dependents receiving survivor's benefits. The adjustment standards are as follows:

（一）伤残津贴调整标准 Disability Allowance Adjustment Standards

一级伤残每月增加95元 Disability Grade 1 increased by RMB95 per month

二级伤残每月增加90元 Disability Grade 2 increased by RMB90 per month

三级伤残每月增加85元 Disability Grade 3 increased by RMB85 per month

四级伤残每月增加80元 Disability Grade 4 increased by RMB80 per month

对无法安排工作的五至六级工伤职工，用人单位应按月发伤残津贴。五级伤残每月增加75元，而六级伤残则每月增加70元。

For employees with grade 5 or 6 work-related injuries who cannot be assigned to work, the employer must provide a monthly disability allowance. The allowance will increase by RMB75 per month for grade 5 disability and RMB70 per month for grade 6 disability.

（二）供养亲属抚恤金 Death Grant

工亡人员供养亲属抚恤金，每人每月增加25元。

The monthly death grant for dependent relatives of workers who died in work-related incidents will increase by RMB25.
