云南省发布了关于调整2024年度工伤保险有关待遇

云南省发布了关于调整2024年度工伤保险有关待遇的通知。

此次调整对象为全省2023年12月31日前按规定享有待遇的工伤人员和亲属。

调整标准如下：
       Yunnan Province has issued a notice detailing the adjustments to work-related injury insurance in 2024. This adjustment applies to employees or dependent relatives who have been receiving related benefits before 31 December 2023. The adjustment details are as follows:

（一）伤残津贴调整标准 Disability Allowance Adjustment Standards

一级伤残每月增加180元 Disability Grade 1 increased by RMB180 per month

二级伤残每月增加150元 Disability Grade 2 increased by RMB150 per month

三级伤残每月增加120元 Disability Grade 3 increased by RMB120 per month

四级伤残每月增加90元 Disability Grade 4 increased by RMB90 per month

调整后未达到云南省一类地区最低工资标准的，将补足至最低工资标准。对无法安排工作的五至六级工伤职工，用人单位应按照2023年本单位在职职工平均工资增长率同步提高伤残津贴，且伤残津贴金额不得低于所在地区的最低工资标准。如2023年用人单位在职职工平均工资出现负增长，伤残津贴金额保持不变，不得降低。

If the adjusted allowance falls below the minimum wage standard for first-class regions in the Yunnan Province, it will be supplemented to meet the minimum wage standard. For employees with grade 5 to 6 work-related injuries who are unable to work, the employer must increase their disability allowance based on the unit's average employee wage in 2023.
This disability allowance must not be lower than the regional minimum wage standard. If the unit's average employee wage experiences negative growth in 2023, the disability allowance amount shall remain unchanged and cannot be reduced.

此外，已退休并领取基本养老金的一至四级工伤人员，若2024年基本养老金的增加额低于2024年伤残津贴的增加额，差额部分由工伤保险基金补足。

For retired employees with grade 1 to 4 work-related injuries who are receiving pensions, if the pension increase for 2024 is lower than the disability allowance increase for the same year, the difference will be compensated by the work-related injury insurance fund.

（二）供养亲属抚恤金 Death Grant

工亡人员供养亲属抚恤金，每人每月增加40元。

The monthly death grant for dependent relatives of workers who died in work-related incidents will increase by RMB40.

（三）生活护理费 Living Care Allowances

生活完全不能自理每月增加180元

Person who is unable to independently care for oneself will receive an additional RMB180 per month

生活大部分不能自理每月增加130元

Person who has limited ability to take care of oneself will receive an additional RMB130 per month

生活部分不能自理每月增加90元

Person who is partially unable to take care of oneself will receive an additional RMB90 per month
