人力资源是图书馆的最主要资源,在图书馆工作中起着主导地位。因为图书馆的服务,物质资源的利用、操作和配置,以及图书馆形象的塑造均由人主持和实现。同时,高质量的人力资源也是图书馆的实力所在,是图书馆事业持续发展的基础。现阶段,重视“事”的管理而忽视图书馆人力资源的开发利用,这与馆员在图书馆事业中的重要作用是相悖的。计算机技术、网络技术和现代信息技术的迅速发展,对图书馆事业产生直接冲击,自动化、数字化和网络化成为图书馆发展的必然趋势,其目的是利用现代技术和服务,提高图书馆的工作效率,改进服务质量,以适应面向知识共享的图书馆下用户对图书馆需求的变化。在面向知识共享的图书馆现代管理中,人力资源的招聘管理、培训开发、绩效考评和薪酬管理是图书馆管理的核心,本文从面向知识共享的图书馆人力资源管理的意义谈起,结合图书馆人力资源现状展开分析、探讨。

Abstract
Human resources are the most important resource of library, the library plays a dominant role. As library services, material resource use, operation and configuration, and shaping the image of the library are chaired and realized. Meanwhile, high-quality human resources is the strength of the library, is the cause of sustainable development library foundation. At this stage, to the "business" of management neglect library human resources development and utilization, it contrary to the librarian play the important role in the library.
